Our approach

Inventya implemented a cloud-first CRM solution using Zoho CRM Plus, redesigning data structures and automating the full enquiry-to-installation workflow.

We migrated legacy customer and job data, configured structured sales and operational blueprints, and developed a custom Node.js middleware integration to synchronise the CRM with the client’s legacy operational system.
